When using "Quick reservations", you find all at once on the first page our best prices, all offers that apply on your arrival date, and an updated situation of all available room types. Below is a quick guide.
Note:
- You can only book 3 rooms at a time. If you wish to book more rooms, please fill in a reservation request or contact us.
- Remember to adjust the number of adults/children per room (see below).
- Take extra care when entering your email address in the reservation and always check that it is spelled correctly before you finalize your booking.
- Unfortunately you cannot change or cancel your reservation online, but you are welcome to send us an email (change/cancellation is not confirmed until we reply), or contact us by phone.
Main Screen
The main screen is divided into 3 areas:

Here you select the room type and you can enter the number of rooms (max 3) together with the number of adults and children who will stayin each room. See below for a more detailed explanation.

Here you can see all the deals that are available on the chosen date for the selected room type and for the selected number of persons. Remember to check that the number of persons in the room is updated, in order to see the correct price (see below). Not all deals apply to all room types. When you press [Book] you add the chosen room/package to your shopping cart. You can repeat the choice if you want to book another room.

Click [Next >>] when you are finished, and you want to continue your booking (i.e. choice of additional amenities, e.g. tickets to museums → enter your name and address → booking confirmation). If you don't want to book, just delete the rooms from the shopping cart and close the window.
How to see the correct price
When you check the prices, it is very important to enter the correct information. Here you can choose:
- Room types (buttons to the left). It's not always that all room types are displayed. If a room type is not displayed, it means that it is not available in all nights in the chosen period of stay, or that there are restrictions in the selected period (e.g. minimum length of stay) that do not match your search.
- Number of rooms (click the arrow next to the number and select the desired number). The maximum number of rooms which you can book is three. Sometimes we have fewer available rooms because our capacity is limited.
- Number of adults (13 years and over) and children (2 to 12 years) per room. It is very important that you always check that the numbers correspond to your wishes. Each time you choose new room types (or the date of stay), the number persons must be re-entered to see the correct price.
- Children under 2 years are free, but we ask you to enter a note in your reservation, so we will try to allocate a room where there is room for a baby bed. If you do not a baby bed with you, you can borrow one free of charge; please remember to write it in the note.
- If you want to book 2 or more rooms of different types, you must start with the first and enter the number of adults and children who must stay in it, then press [Book] beside the price/package that you have chosen. The room/price is then added to your shopping cart. Repeat the process for the second and possibly the third room. When you are finished, press [Next >>].
- If you want to book 2 or more rooms of the same type, where the number of adults and children in each room is not the same (e.g. a triple room for 3 adults, and another triple room for 2 adults and 1 child), you must start with the first and enter the number of adults and children who must stay in it, then press [Book] beside the price/package that you have chosen. The room/price is then added to your shopping cart. Repeat the process for the second and possibly the third room. When you are finished, press [Næste >>].
