How we gather guest reviewsWe send an email to all our customers, whose email address is in our computer system, after their stay. The email provides a link to a short questionnaire which can only be completed once. We donate 5 DKK to a charity, every time we receive a form. All reviews are automatically published and they can not be corrected retrospectively. Likewise, we can not delete individual assessments but we reserve the right to delete any comments that we deem incompatible with the rights of others (eg personal data) or contain inappropriate language. We also reserve the right to delete all schedules over 18 months old. Have you stayed with us but not received our invitation to participate in the survey? Please provide your full name, arrival and departure date, and the name of the person who made your reservation, if it wasn´t you who made the booking.
